Our custom house plan designs are created with the highest standards of quality. Each home plan design goes through a comprehensive checking process to ensure accuracy. Our house plans are drawn to meet the IRC 2018 International Residential Code for One & Two Family Dwellings with all Updates and Amendments to date. (Many states and counties amend the codes in their area, consult your local building officials to determine the plan, code, special and site requirements)
We include all of the drawings typically needed for construction, except for site specific information and heating or cooling requirements. Each building department's requirements for plan submission vary. We recommend that you contact the building official in your area for their specific requirements.

These are our most common Custom House Plan Design Packages. You will need the free Adobe Reader to view the sample files. The samples are full scale plans, you will want to use the zoom and hand navigation feature in Adobe Reader to see the details as they would appear printed out on 24"x36" paper @ 1/4" = 1'-0" Scale.
Full Detailed Custom House Plan Design Package:
This is our most popular home plan designer package as it provides the most detail and information for construction, soliciting bids and overall needs for the contractors involved in your project. In many cases the house plans are a part of the contract on a home and thus the more information you have the less likely you are to get in trouble. Also in the house plan design process in order to get the information that goes into the plans we help guide you through your homework and to make key decisions along the way.

- Detailed Architectural Floor Plans for each floor level. Includes Decks/Patios.
- Foundation Plans and Architectural Details.
- Front, Rear, Left and Right Side Architectural Elevation Views and Details.
- Kitchen and Bathroom Fixture Layouts Details.

- Exterior Finish Details and Specifications. (Where Needed)

Basic Custom House Plans Design Package:
This is the most popular and affordable package with our professional contractor clients. This package works best for someone that has built several homes and has already established the relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Also more than likely will be available on site at any given time to answer questions and oversee the work performed.

Conceptual Custom House Plan Design Package:
This package is a "Not For Construction" basic conceptual layout with a Front Elevation. This is a good tool for submitting to a Design Approval Committee or a Construction Lender prior to going through the expense of a full house plan. If you chose this package and then decide to upgrade to one of our other packages we will discount the upgrade to offset some of the cost of the concept design.
